What is an EMI?

EMI or Equated Monthly Installment is a fixed amount paid by you to the bank on a specific date every month. The EMIs are fixed when you borrow money from the bank as a loan. EMI’s are used to pay both interest and principal amount of a loan in a way that over a specific number of years, the loan amount is repaid to the bank with interest.

What is RERA?

The Full form of RERA is Real estate Regulation and development Act. The RERA act aims to safeguard and provide effective consumer protection, uniformity and standardization of business practice and transaction in the Real Estate sector.

What is Build Up Area?

Build up area is the area that comes after adding carpet area and wall area. Now, the wall area does not mean the surface area, but the thickness of the inner walls of a unit.

What is UDS?

UDS means the Undivided share of land – It is the share of land owned by you when you purchase a property. Basically, when you buy a Flat or an Apartment, you are buying two things. The first is the constructed part of the building where the owners will actually reside and the second is proportionate share of the Land where the property is built.

What is Carpet Area?

It is the Area that can be used to spread the carpet inside the house. It is actual usable area of the Apartment or the building . It does not include the thickness of the wall, Balcony or Terrace.So carpat area covers only space inside the building or Apartment.

What is Super Build Up Area?

Super Build up area is the area calculated by adding the Build up area and common area that includes the corridor, lift lobby etc and that will be the total build up area of the building.
